I read on another site that he died yesterday morning in a St Loius hospital. A rather young guy, I do not think he was even close to 40 yet. Another good guy bites the dust.
My condolances to his wife, family and friends.

He will be missed. Never had the pleasure of meeting him but I hear he was a great guy who did alot for this industry and sport. I read on another site where his wife said Big Guy's Best calls will still be in operation for those who are wondering. My thoughts and prayers go out to Mike's family and friends. You will be missed.

Granted, we all share this fate. Nonetheless, it hurts to read of one of our own passing on. Especially one so young. So we'll now turn to Providence for comfort. I will join in the prayers for Mike' s soul, & for his family.
I'm the guy your Mother Goose warned you about.
