Goose decoys repainting

i am using rustoleum flat black, khaki and brown and i am having trouble getting paint to stick to my ghg goose floaters...any ideas on what other paints to try.....should i use primer?...any helpful hints would be great

Best way to get the paint to stick is blast the old paint off, clean the plastic, prime, then paint.

also take some fine grit sandpaper to them... gives the paint a little texture to stick to
