Compare goose decoys, goose setups and ideas and everything that goes with the sport of decoying geese

I ended up with 36 of the super mag shells. I got a super cheap price on them. They are big suckers. I am trying to start building a goose spread, a little at a time.
I would appreciate suggestions about what to buy to use with these super mags. It may take a while, but I can afford a few hundred dollars this year.
I may have made a mistake buying them, but they were cheap and I didn't know better. Maybe I should cut my losses, sell them and start over?
I am planning a trip to Sask for a week or so, then will use them here in Idaho in the fields.
Thanks for any help.

I have a doz. of them....I run them with my BFs. I like to add just a little motion in my full bodies. Good looking decoys.

Since you bought them. Go ahead and flock the heads if you like and add those avery motion sticks. Not sure if they will hold the weight, but if not get some 1in pvc pipes, cut to 2ft long with one end to a point. Find out where the decoys balances and drill a hole in the same area.

I have 11 of them, had twelve...don't know where the one went. I mix them with full bodies, smaller shells, and silhouettes. I would suggest you get some full body decoys to add more realism.

Your decoys will work fine. Many people say bad things about them due to realism but they certainly will kill geese. Like mentioned above I would add in a few bigfoots or other fullbody. You won't need a ton of decoys though since the super mag shells will get the birds attention from a long ways away.
