new deeks?

Postby kwebb58 » Wed Feb 20, 2013 12:19 pm

Well, last year i really got into waterfowl, and got a couple doz duck deeks, 2 zink calls, and a rnt.
this year im gonna try to smack more geese than i did last year.
i was either thinking 3-4 doz GHG prograde or ffds
are ffds worth the extra money?
then probably 3 doz sleeper shells and 2 doz lessers?
maybe throw in some big foots?

money really isnt that big of an issue is that hunting is my main hobby.

any ideas or comments?

You can never have enough decoys...that's your excuse to need a bigger boat.

Watch goose society then decide. For the price of fullbodies, I'd spend money on ones that will still look good 5 years down the road. Bigfoot is my pick. But Dakotas are up there. GHG will chip immediately.

I'm a fan of silos myself. Easy to store, easy to haul a big spread, and kill geese.

This! Check out Big Al's silos. They work better than anything Iv tried yet. Worth every penny and you save tons of money compared to fullbodys
