Floaters in a Slotted Bag?

Postby jscheirer » Fri Mar 22, 2013 2:55 pm

I have a dozen GHG life size canada floaters. I was wondering if i could get a 6 slot bag used for full bodies but double up with the floaters and fit all 12 in it? It will probably be a tight fit but i would do it if i could. Any input is appreciated, thanks.

You can't double them up but you can put one in each slot. That's how we store them

X2 If you dont already store/transport your goose floaters in 6 slot bags you'll really like the ease compared to just throwing them in the boat.

I can fit all 8 of mine in 1 bag. You can double them up on the corners, I think I have a Rogers bag too... Plenty of room for 8, but doubling all 6 slots is tough

I'm definitely looking at the roger's 6 slot bags now, but they want 13 bucks for shipping which I think is a tad high. They are for sale for $30 right now but do they get cheaper than that?

Yea that sounds a bit high. I want to say they'll drop them into the mid $20s, but I could be wrong. I'm sure the demand won't diminish

I ordered one as well, but if I get it soon enough and see how it is I will definitely order 1 or 2 more. Thanks for the heads up!

I bought a couple bags about 2 months ago, they are big and roomy and fit the fullbodies nicely... Well worth the $20

rogers has a 12 slot medium size goose bag it should hold ghg floaters. The rogers bag will be much niced than the fa. they are very heavy duty and have a closing top which is nice when decoys are in the truck and your driving in snow or ice you dont have to worry about them being iced up or falling out while loading unloading
