Does anyone know if the replacement sleeper heads will fit on a active style body?

Call Avery. That's how I replaced mine last year. Get on it because they ran out of heads last year.

You're probly right OD. I got 2 replacements this year, broke 1 twisting it on. I suggest ordering more then you need.

I added a VERY LIGHT coat of grease (I used wheel bearing stuff from a tub) and spread it in the hole of my GHG shells for the heads and they go on SO much easier! works great.

I lent out my GHG's last season to a buddy and what do ya know, came back with one broken head. I foam filled the 2 parts that broke, pegged them, and added some epoxy (all supplies was on hand) and I was able to fix my head. I think greasing the holes will prevent this.

What do you mean by pegging it? I already epoxied it, hope it holds. I think Im gonna just leave the heads on now since they fit in my bags.

I used 2 small metal wire rods stuck in the foam on each piece, epoxied mating surfaces, and stuck it all together.

I havent hunted it yet, but I have tested the head on a few different decoys and it holds so far
