Homemade sonw goose socks..???

What do you think???
Need honest opinions...
bodies need to be bigger, longer, wider, deeper???
PVC heads or foam heads (they will be white if I go that way)???

It is a bit hard to tell if those are big enough on the sock, but I can tell you that I tried the pvc head/stake thing a long time ago, and found they were too heavy to lug around in any quantity needed for a snow goose spread. A few hundred of them add up. I also considered the foam head, but think it might be to fragile, but worth a try! What are you using for your sock material?

I am using tyvek for the body. It is about16" long about 10" wide...top and bottom sewn togetherness am not getting much movement out of them either. Any thoughts with that...

Fold the Tyvek into a triangle and attach top to top of the stake and then the sides at the bottom of the stake.
