Painting Real Geese snows into canadas?

Postby coomesp » Mon Feb 24, 2014 5:18 pm

I have 12 dz real geese econo snows and since I never use them I was going to paint them into canadas. The problem i am having is the sheer amount of Krylon Fusion spray paint it is taking to do them. I sprayed 14 decoys so far and it took up 2 whole cans of paint. I know with straight chloroplast decoys they need to be sanded or primered but since these are already decoys is it possible to just roll them with paint. I am am making them into black and whites so should be fairly simple. I was just wondering what type of paint I should use. Thanks for any responses.
