Texas hunt for Arkansas flooded timber

Postby tako1972 » Tue Oct 30, 2012 7:48 pm

Hello,
I'm looking to swap an Arkansas flooded timber hunt for a hunt here down in Texas. Either coastal or light goose conservation season.
last year we killed seventy five snows in one day. I'm looking to enjoy that iconic greenhead hunt in flooded timber. You can pm me any thoughts or ideas you may have. I think I'll be able to go during January. Thanks.

Arkansas is dry. This may not be the year for it. If you do try for late December or January.

That depends on where in Arkansas you go.

Yeah if you can find private timber the chances of the leasee wanting to trade a coastal Texas hunt are very slim. You should call Byers since he knows everything.
