Arkansas timber hunting for canvasbacks

Postby ARduckboy24 » Tue Jul 23, 2013 6:37 pm

Id like to trade some Arkansas green timber hunting for a canvasback hunt. Within the next few years. Wouldn't like for it to be to long of a drive like Maryland and New York that area.
if it flies it dies........if it sits it dies to
Central Arkansas: ducks, geese, deer, dove, and coyote. Northern Arkansas: turkery, ducks, deer, dove, and coyotes. Kansas:turkey, coyote, deer, phesant(not yet but will soon), duck and geese.

I have a pretty decent canvasback spot in North Louisiana.... Lets hear about what you have to offer in Arkansas

I have a SW La duck hunt. Not many canvasbacks, but excellent marsh hunting in the morning and redfishing in the afternoon.

I commute back and forth to Arkansas a few times per year to hunt and wouldn't mind picking up some new hunting buddies in green timber country to swap with. I hunt Western Kentucky, Southern Illinois, and Southeast Missouri. I have a big water rig that we use to hunt the big water in Kentucky and on the Ohio/Mississippi River. We regularly kill cans, bluebills, and goldeneyes from layout blinds and layout boats. I am just north of Nashville, Tn if you would be interested in swapping a hunt or two this year. Shoot me a pm and we can chat.
