Duck 77777 would you be interested in some woody"s in Alabama and some deer. I have woody"s , teal and a few mallards ,all in timber. Some times they are as thick as those gnats (flying teeth) , that ya"ll have down there. Read my post down the page in swap hunts. That will tell you what all I have to offer.

Wax Lake

Postby Marsh Hunter » Thu Oct 20, 2005 7:37 am

Duck 77777,

How's the wax looking this year after all of the hurricaine mess? I used to hunt that area. (I'm from Lafayette) Nowadays, I hunt mostly the lakes and flooded timber of North Texas. I might be able to trade you for a hunt, but first I'll have to see how the birds cooperate in a couple of weeks. Last year, I did well, but this year the local lakes are down 4 feet. (Which might actually improve the hunting.)

Holler at me in a couple of weeks. I'll give you a report.
