snows in alberta

Hey Guys

The season is 4 days from opening and I saw my first lot of snows last night. I was driving the roads between st.Paul and Two Hills and saw maybe 250 birds out in a field. Hopefully they stick around a couple more days and hopefully I find them again on Monday night. They have a nasty habit up here of not being in the same field too many days in a row. I could not find the pond where they are staying the night either. It did a double take because it usually is a few more weeks until they show up in good numbers. Almost drove the truck off the road I was staring so bad.

Has anyone else seen any birds / canadas or snows flocking yet?

You should be the first to see them as you are way up north
My buddies in Central Sask only report the local ducks and geese grouping up to feed on a new harvested field.
