We saw a couple of smaller high flyer gaggles yesterday. Probably 50 total so not significant. However, we were inland up the James near Surry. So seeing them was encoraging.

I never use to see snows in any numbers here on the Massachusetts coast. This year I have seen more than
ever. Not thousands but a good amount.

Had a flock of 2k to 3k hang around for a week in South eastern Pa on a lake near by. We got 7 down out of them lost 2 in the frozen lake on a section of open water. There were 7 of us at diff times that got em.

This morning we have been finally seeing snows migrating through Vt. They have been flying past shelburne and probably headed for N. Hero. Hopefully they do stop!

I've got Canada's all over me here in southern NH, small flocks though with a few fuzzballs, none of the big masses that we want to see...They are in almost everyones fields around me. And I've seen no snows...Can't wait for autumn  ..
If it flies...It might not die, but by God it will get a damned good dodging workout!!!
