i went out for the youth season on 9/22. things were slow, and we ended with 1 goose, a wooduck, (first ever) and a merganser. we had a wounded mallard get away and we weren't able to retrieve it. overall it was fun though and i cant wait for the real season to start! (this weekend)

ps...... 1000th post!

Hunt the entire teal season on the weekends. After 6 hunts I managed 4 BWT.

That's just me by myself. Hunted pretty much everyday. The teal in south la are normally thick where I hunt during teal season. It ain't nothin to see 100 birds on some days.
