Hello all Im an extremely thin chick.I have small thin arms that i wish to put some meat on yet dont kno how.Now dont get me wrong,i got SOME meat,but i need more.How would i be able to make my goods bigger,my calf musceles tighter,& my arms stronger....ALL from practicing??
I wrestile and I highly recommed calf raises,burpies witch are a squat thurst with a push up, push ups,running at least 200 ft up a hill on the balls of your feet, and lifting hope this works good luck!

if it flies it dies........if it sits it dies to Central Arkansas: ducks, geese, deer, dove, and coyote. Northern Arkansas: turkery,ducks, deer, dove, and coyotes. Kansas:turkey, coyote, deer, phesant(not yet but will soon), duck and geese.
lol play football my freshman year i weighed 120 an benched 100 pounds now im a junior an i weigh 210 an bench 235 we work out 4 days a week though lol an it sucks but il do watevr i got to so i can crack sum skulls on friday nights

Go on bodybuilding.com it's not just for meat heads. They have trainers there. Specialized for females. Check it out you will never see results if you don't do it right. Good luck! Questions let me know.
