Yea i hunt a 6 acre pond that doesnt hold many ducks. We only killed 1duck so far and it was f**king banded! My first band!
Give a kid a duck and he will be happy for an hour, teach him to hunt and he will be hooked for life!

I do a lot of hunting in arkansas and northern alabama, all big water hunting, flooded timber and some rice fields, and by far the best hunt I went on all year was my catfish pond in the back pasture. I killed 3 greenheads, a woodie, and 2 geese within 15 minutes of daylight. Shot both geese with one shot.

me and my buddy only hunt on a pond. It sucks because even when the water is a foot deep you sink 3 or 4 in the muck. Needless to say, setting decoys takes a little effort
