Never gotten a band duck or goose in my life. Been hunting ducks since I was in the 4th grade.... :huh: Maybe cause you guys are shooting them all! LOL

This is my 5th season and no bands for me. I havent even seen a banded bird shot. Hopefully in the next couple seasons I can get one...or maybe two....however three would be nice too. lol

This guy i was duck hunting with shot a double banded lesser and it had a $100 reward on it and it was pretty sweet the guys dog had trouble getting out of the current and finally got it.

i shot my first two this year both in the same flock both canda geese and one was over 10 years old
Why not shoot all 3 shots, they make more shells everyday.

dang, my cusin got a banded mallard this season, but I have never gotten one. My time will come I hope. :sad:

I have been hunting for the past 18 years in southeast Texas. I have shot a banded snow goose and a banded gadwall drake. Another hunter in our party shot a banded green-wing teal, but that was 10-12 years ago. Pretty rare indeed since we shoot close to 100 ducks a year off of the lease.

I have 14 bands that are mine, 28 bands for the 3 man blind we have. Last year I got 2 bands in one day,

Ive only been hunting ducks for two years.....sorry to those who havent got one yet

first bird of this season had a band. released in the same area it was killed lol. was a hen mallard

I shot my first band last sunday and ive only been hunting for 1 season and im only 11 years old. It was a hen mallard. Ive only shot 28 ducks in my life to. :thumbsup: :yes: :smile:

Lets see I have been hunting since I was 8 so thats 9 years and I have killed over 300 ducks and am yet to get a band.

unbelivable...i easily kill 50 geese a season and 20 ducks...since i was around 6 and i still havent killed one....the LUCK is unbarable
