Wyoming hunter education

Postby NapalmCheese » Thu Sep 27, 2012 9:13 pm

I'm headed to Wyoming in a couple of weeks for some antelope and deer hunting I already have my tags (which apparently are also my license). I have my CA hunting license, does that count for the hunter safety regs required by WY? I've been looking at the docs and all I can see it saying is that if I'm young enough, I need a certificate and I need to carry it in the field.

A license from another state is not proof of hunter safety. You have to have the card. You will likely get checked. The have roadside check stations in all the units I have hunted.
Call WY Game & Fish and ask them.
