Build memories, take a kid out doors and teach them about nature by interacting with it, hunting and fishing.

My first real antlered bow kill on the left, my biggest buck to date in the center and my first antlered gun kill on the right. All from the same 80 acres and the same tree stand. The one on the right side of the picture came in and challenged the one on the left side of the picture when I had already arrowed it and he was down 15 feet in front of my stand. I was half way down the tree when he came in chasing the doe the left side deer was with when I arrowed him. The right sided buck spotted him and went on fight mode. Walked around him with his head down, ears and tail folded down and his hair on his back was all up. It was a real site. That was a Wednesday sometime around the first week in Nov. The following Wednesday I shot the right side buck during gun season from the same stand. The following Wednesday, my 29th B-day, I arrowed a doe from that stand.

here is a doe i shot saturday morning. i have been passing a bunch of deer looking for the big bucks but it was time to go ahead and put one in the freezer. she's a little over 100# and was the smaller of the 4 that i saw that morning.

good eatin' deer there. yeah, i decided to go with the honda. man that automatic transmission is something else. i couldn't believe how smooth it was the first time i got on it. well worth the money!!! :thumbsup:
