Winchester supremes #5s. If non tox required TM #5s. Shoot a turkey load.

Been Shooting 'turkey loads for years Winchester # 5. Some folks like 4's and some like 6's so I figured I'd split the difference and shoot 5's. Never let me down yet! Good luck and buy a few of each and pattern your gun, I guess you know, one will shoot better than the other 'in your gun"

I think 3"#5s are where its at. I prefer federal premiums or Winchester.

I have to go with the 3" #5 shot also. I like copper plated
I think that is the best all around for reasonable range, pellet energy and pellet count. I go for charge weight over velocity. I like the Remington but the Winchester is my favorite. I also like a good old 2 ¾” short mag reload in 1 3/8 oz. Copper plated #5 for close work. For no-tox I like the hevi #5 turkey load. I got some a while back on sale and they were very good. Hevi #6 2 3/4" duck loads are unbelievable in my gun; puts more pellets in the kill zone than any other heavy turkey load I have tried. The cost is not that bad for them when you only use one a bird.
More ammo! I need to shoot something!
