Benelli M2 20gauge?

Postby znewc14 » Fri Feb 03, 2012 12:53 pm

Does anybody hunt with a Benelli m2, I've been looking at them for a while now and i am more tempted to get one more than ever lately.

What do you think about them? How do they handle, swing, etc...?

I'm just trying to get as many as opinions as possible before I commit

My cousin has one that I shot this year. Its a great gun, very light and nice to shoot.

He killed a number of geese and ducks with it this year...

i have owned the 20g m2 several years and love. i use it to hunt turkeys, ducks, and geese with great success. my best shot was 35 yards on a flying goose with hevi shot 4 and dropped it dead. very little recoil and a wonderful swing. small frame, easy to clean and take down and comes with a kit to personalize fit.

my son, now 17, used it more than i did when we went afield and loved to shoot it at the skeet range. a bit pricey, however i believe you will find it to be a worthy investment...

have fun
