Dove Hunting?

Postby waterfowler82 » Sun Jul 30, 2006 10:53 pm

It feels so nice to be home : ) This is my first post since getting out of the Air Force and returning back to Colorado. Nice times...Anyway, I'm looking to get into some dove on opening day but I'm kind of out of touch with everything. Do you guys have any suggestions that could help put me into some birds? Not necessarily, looking for your honey hole or anything but any helpful info is appreciated.

Thanks,

My advice is, get out of CO and come back to NM :toofunny: Seriously though, I'm getting ready for the season also but it's tough to find decent dove spots around Santa Fe. Seems like the southern half of the state is crawling with em though. Every time i go down to Lincoln for work they are all over the place. Good luck!
