I looked at them recently when I was at their store in Maine. They are like any other upland vest except they are made of heavy nylon. I personally didn't like that material for an upland vest, just my personal feeling. They make a waxed cotton partridge vest which I thought was very nice. I am perfectly happy with my Cabelas upland vest and my Browning bird n lite strap vest.
