Fishing Waders

Postby forester11 » Fri Mar 05, 2010 4:42 pm

Well, fishing season is coming and I'm thinking about upgrading my waders and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations? I'm looking for something in the $130-$170 range, the Cabelas brand have caught my eye. Also do breathables work as advertised? and any thoughts on boot foot vs. stocking foot? I've had the same old walmart waders for the past 10 years and I just tired of adjusting straps and having sore feet.

breatheables are great for warm weather, stocking foots are very comfortable but not very warm it depends on what type of fishing your doing and how much walking to your spots

Early spring trout fishing I use my Columbia widgeon neoprenes, very good in freezing water. As the season warms up something lighter is best.
My lab is still the best hunting partner there is.
