speed craws , fluks and rage tail shads when do your fish spawn over there ours this year started spawning in march and there are still some no beds today

Florida is kinda weird...down south like Okeechobee gets started in Nov- Jan... Central Florida like Kissimmee is Jan.- maybe April more like March...Then North Florida like St. Johns river around Palatka is March- May.. Like now it is taking 28-32# to win tourneys on the St. Johns because they are still spawning just south of Jacksonville.. We had a tournament last weekend over in Central West Florida and won with 25 # all on topwater fish...gotta love how they eat when they get off the beds and get out of their funk. Topwater bite will be on fire from now until the dog days of August. Then they will fire back up in October. Good luck and good fishing !!!! :thumbsup:

that is nice if one wanted they could fish spawnig fish half the year and we have a small window that we can fish top water our deepest spot in the marsh that we fish is 4 foot except a few trails and the water will get hot very fast

Pierre Marquette River in Michigan. Most of the Kings we caught were betwen 15 and 20 pounds. This one was a "little" bigger. Catching them on flies about the size of a dime
