I bought this bait when it first came out and completely forgot that I had it until i recently uncovered it. Id like to try it out this year. does anyone have any experience with it, and wat type of presentation do you like to use?

I can't remember if my brother or I fell for those. Either way, I run into them occasionally in old fishing gear. After losing a couple pieces I didn't find them too useful. Not more so than any other bait. Though I would be curious to know if anyone else still uses them.

id rig it like a fluke as well, nail weight or a belly weighted hook. the paddle tail swimbaits or a fluke personally, but it works on tv.

ive actually read on a couple of other form sites that allot of people still use them. i think ill give them a try i dont see why they wouldnt work in a soft plastic situation. but ive read that they miss allot of bass since the hook is out in front of the bait. we'll see wat happens i guess

the best thing about the kit were the banjo frogs.
i totally agree with that, the frogs were definately the best part of the kit

i lost a lot of fish since the hook was so far up.
i also had this problem, so i added a trailer hook to catch more fish
