what's the difference???

Trap, Skeet, Sporting Clays; pistol/rifle target shooting, to plinking cans with a bb gun.

This is going to sound stupid but what is the difference in shooting skeet, and trap, and sporting clay's.
Any day in the outdoor's is better than at work

Skeet: 24 targets from "LOW" house & a "high" house. Some stations have single,then double targets,others just single birds. Most shots are at 20 yards ; the last station #8 ;birds are 8-10 feet off your muzzle! If your really good you will have 1 extra shell. Choke skeet or I/C Trap: 5 stations, 5 shots at each; for a total of 25 clays. 16yards is the starting yardage. The top "handcap" is all the way back to 27. These are the Pro's. Choke: Mod to Full 5Stand is like Trap & skeet together. You get a single, then two doubles for a total of 5 birds at 5 stations. However, these birds go up,across,comein,hook,slice & then there's the "rabbit"!! Choke I/C 1oz # 8 at 1185fps is all you need...enjoy.....Ed
