Trap, Skeet, Sporting Clays; pistol/rifle target shooting, to plinking cans with a bb gun.
does anyone know if the 1100 trap grade is still made.my son shoots my old 1100 field for his high school team, and it is about woreout.he shoots in the low to mid 90s.he wants to stay with 1100 if i could get a trap grade.

Not sure if they are still being made, but would bet money you could find one on gunbroker or gunsamerica if you start watching.

Like 'augerin' stated, the 1100 Classic Trap is available, but all Remington 1100 series shotguns are made for skeet/trap shooting.

Can't beat an 1100 for clays as far as auto-loaders go. My dad, Grandpa and cousin all have 1100s from the early '70s and they all perform flawlessly on the range as well as in the duck blind.

If you keep the 1100 clean they work good. I love shooting mine.

Yes they make the Classic and Premier Trap Model. I really like my Premier.
