As per a removal contract ... we are starting to produce and get pleased land owners this season.
Here they are.
Both taken in the same set at the same location. Using a modified dirthole ... they were in a KB 5.5 Compound laminated trap, 15 inch super stake anchor with a mix of Dobbins' "K9-03" and Caven's "Gusto" lures.
OK. how do you work a contract, just curious. we have some people that call to have animals removed and we usually do it for the animal itself(pay wise) but do you set up a pay agreement with the land owner? how does it work if you don't mind me asking or explaining the procedure. thanks in advance-duckster
We use a contract and several different forms due to legalities. However, the forms and the contracts are binding both ways ... so we also pay a $500 a month premium for liability insurance just in case.
We have a set up & service call fee, as well as several different removal plans with varying costs, depending on which one is chosen.
We are licensed for NWCO work in Oklahoma ... so in order to perform removals by contract ... you need to know whether or not your state requires certification and licensensing.
If we can help any further ... please email us directly a oktrap1@cox.net with "NWCO Help" in the subject line.
