1996 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4 & Camoclad

Postby Penguine » Thu Nov 10, 2005 11:52 am

I am going to be discussing having my Explorer covered in Max 4HD Camoclad in the next couple days. I am having my shotgun done this weekend and I proposed to the person that installs it locally to do my truck for cost and in return I would let him stick an advertisement on the front window across the top and on the back window. Whatcha all think of that? I figure it would cost me about $1500+ to just pay for it to have it done, if he does it at cost and places his ad on my truck I figure it will run me about $500.

Thoughts? If he agrees to it I will do before and after pics. Right now the Explorer is bright ass white, and well, no need to have a white truck sitting at the marsh if I can help it.

Its a great idea if you need a new paint job...but unless you are going to use the explorer for a blind why bother?

I think it would look good, if I can get him to do it at cost it would be beneficial, the vheilce is very white, etc.

Legally, I don't think it can be any larger than the window tinting on the top portion of the windshield.

Across the top of the front window, and across the bottom of the rear window.

I say if it is just your hunting truck than sure why not. But if you are going to be picking up dates, or using it for a night out in the town than you may want to think about it!

I'm having a hard time picturing that. Is the Z71 decal camo?
