UglyFord,
i like lifted trucks as much as the next redneck, but my plan for this truck is to send it back to the classic era. here's my plan for exterior paint.

let me know what you think.

Things on the list to do to it...
1. spray in bedliner (LineX or Rhino Liner)
2. nerf bars
3. grill guard
4. man tires (LOL)

yeah, your cab and front end look decent, just your bed has some rust?

i'm gonna get some full moon chrome smoothies for that classic truck look, i'm thinking of lowering the body a couple of inches just to make it look better. also the back end is quite a bit higher than the front, but that might be because the shocks are worn out. it rides cock-eyed right now, i guess i better fix that so i still have tires in a year. doing a carb rebuild in february as well.

By Man Tires I mean something other then stock that make it look more like a truck that will handle itself off the pavement as opposed to the rubber things it rides on now.

The only thing I don't like about my truck is the color. LOL.. When I was looking at it it had a small covering of dust/snow on it and I could of sworn it was a burnt orange color. I thought "awesome" cause the day prior my girlfriend was telling me she liked that color. So I am filling out the paperwork and the salesman has it washed. He hands me the keys and takes me over to it and I said "What the hell?? It's red?" LOL.

Oh well, I like it.

PEACE!

Bought this truck at the end of my JR year in high school. Saved up and put 3" lift and 33's on her. Here she is about 1 and a half years ago.

Image

I was accepted to NCSU and with that came an insane number of bills and gas kept climbing. My dad was layed off and things got real tight financially so I found a good deal on some used 31's and a buyer for the lift and tires and sold the 33's and lift. Here it is back stock with 31's. With blessings from God things have turned around lately and are looking alot better. I plan on putting some 32's on when these 31's wear out and a 2" lift.

This is my 2004 Suburban, Z71 With Flow master exhaust &
K&N Cold Air Intake Systems. I removed the roof rack. (no need for a rack that big, plus I think, it looks better with no rack)
