I have never heard of this brand until recently when my wife showed up home with a new Equinix AWD, it has Hankook tires on it, Then a buddys wife just purchased a new Dodge Journey and it has Hankook. And what do you know, My new ford E350 work van also has Hankook. (side note, What a POS way underpowered, harsh ride, Steering sucks too) So is it that ford, GM and Dodge now all use some Korean tire? I looked it up and they were founded in 1941.

My question is, Is this a good tire? The new four-Wheeler magazine just gave first place mud tire test to the Hankook Dynapro MT. It looks like an old school bias ply mud tire my dad had on his IH Scout (probably was a hankook). It does not look like an agressive mud tire but they say in their testing on hill climbs, muddy ruts and trails it ourperformed even the Interco truXus and goodyear Wrangler MT/R.

My ford E350 has 1500 miles and already has chuncks missing out of the tread  The dealer says it will be replaced free under warranty but Now it has me wondering about replacing the tires on my wifes new SUV.

I HATE THEM! a friend at school had a set of the dyna-pro mts on her f-250, she had them maybe 7 monthes, she got them used with 3-400 miles on them. she now runs terra grapplers (suck for off road traction).

but my grandpa just got the ATs on his truck a month ago, we'll see how long they last.

and from what i see, looks like 4 wheel mag. was paid to swing the tests. ive seen those dyna pros get walked over in mud holes and trails by BFG km-2s, my mud grapplers, MTZs, I roks, and good year hummer take offs.

i personally put 40,000 on mine, but lemme tell you, they suck in on ice and slick snow. i just bought new tires.

I bought a 2006 F150 back in May, the truck came with dynapros on it, the truck had 37k miles on it when I purchased it and I assume the hankooks were on the truck for all 37k.

They didn't make it 5k with me before the right rear tire blew.

The Hankook Dynapro ATm R13 is a top-rated all-terrain tire in the latest Consumer Reports.
I've been running them on my Nissan Xterra for two years now, and have no complaints. 'Great on dry, snow and ice...
They allowed me to drive home in an ice-storm last winter when everyone else was facing the wrong way on the street, and spinning their tires.
Two thumbs up for Dynapro ATm's.

I just put the worn dynapros from my wife's Grand Cherokee on my 1984 Chevy K10 hunting truck last week....just in time for the 13" snowfall we received (the day before, in fact). They still work pretty good in deep snow! I like 'em.

Have hankook snows on my '09 duramax ext cab plow truck. I've heard they won't last as long as the hakkapelitas I've always ran but I dare say my truck is going places and doing things I couldn't have gotten away with, with the Nokians... I plow some pretty scary driveways. Not sure about all season/summers/muds
