Tire size

Postby PAwaterfowldominator » Fri Oct 19, 2007 1:04 pm

I just got a new 2007 Silverado. I'm fixing to put a 4 inch lift on it. Does anyone know the biggest tires I could fit on it with that set up?

buddy of mine has a 98 z71 with a 3" body lift and it has 35 x 12.50 on mt classic II but keep in mind he had to trim the air dam on the bottom of the bumper about 1" so they wouldnt rub when he makes a sharp turn

My guess is 35s with no to little trimming.

They list recommended tire size as 35x12.5o (or metric equivalent)

305/75/R16 on stock rims and maybe 315/75/r16 with after market rims and the correct backspacing
