94-95 f-150

Im thinking of getting an 1994-95 f-150... what do you guys think of them...pros cons?

I had a 95 awhile back that I loved. go with the 351 though, the smaller engine is underpowered. Its the last truck I have ridden in that rides like a truck. If you don't like that feeling, get a newer one. New trucks now ride like Cadillacs, some guys like that, I don't.

I agree that the 302 is just an 'ok' engine. It does good in cars, but really isn't great for a truck. I'm not sure when the F150s were changed over to mass air, but find an engine that is mass air regulated. Particular parts of the body that are prone to rust are the fenders of the bed, the rockers...check for bubbling of paint/rust in those areas.

had a 1995 150 4x4 xcab with the 5.0 h.o. loved the truck pulled good in the sand but didnt pull GREAT BIG trailers very well i thought it had plenty of power never had any problem out of it wish i never sold it but i could not afford the insurace or the gas at the time if i could find that truck i would buy it back today
