Help with my 2003 GMC Sierra

Postby GADuckaholic » Thu Jul 24, 2008 6:52 pm

I recently started car pooling to work so I go a week or so sometimes without driving my truck. The other day when I got in, my keyless entry wouldn't work, the lock button on the driver side only locks/unlocks that door, the passenger door lock and window buttons are dead. I have checked fuses and replaced the battery in the key fob. Do you guys have any idea what may be going on?

Th ECM is not recognizing the FOB and has disabled most of the locks.

Have the dealer reprogram the FOB to the ECM and all will be well. My truck done the same darned thing.
