Kiwi Season Dates

Postby whistler junky » Tue Aug 07, 2007 2:49 am

Just wondering when your season starts and ends, I'm living in Scotland at the moment and gonna miss my season back home for the first time, and after xmas I think I'll be travelling down your guys way and I'm gonna try to get a hunt in if I can afford it and find it.
Thanks

Don't forget that they are in the Southern Hemisphere and their seasons are opposite ours. The season in NZ is around May until the end of July.

Starts the 1st Saturday in May, and the end of the season varies from region to region. This year for mallards it was the 16th of July, Canada geese, Upland Game go until the end of August.
