me and my old man out hunting widgeons in layout boats after sunset. i doubled my first two and the old man get 3:D

Yes the duckseason is still on in Denmark, it end 31/12. The geese we hunt in Denmark is: canadian goose, greylag goose, bean goose, pinkfooted goose and speckelbellyed goose.

Heres a picture of a widgeon i got mounted last year.

Love seeing you Denmark Boys slaying birds!!! Thor, like I said a couple of months ago, I'm gonna come visit you at some point in Denmark!! I would love to shoot some of yalls birds and maybe even shoot a Swedish pig! Man, it looks like yall are having a blast oversees! :thumbsup:

No we dont eat them, we shoot some to keep the population down, but i know that some old hunters had smoked the rear legs and then eatend it, and they said it was good.

Det er en holstebro pram jeg har, men jeg har ikke haft den i vandet i år, jeg har kunne skyde nok inde i landet.
Jeg kommer fra Løgstør og jagter mest der omkring, og lidt nordenfjords og lidt i Sverige som du kan se på de billeder jeg har lagt ind.

Det ellers en skam du ikke har været ude ! jager hovedsaligt længere syd hos min far, bor selv i frederikshavn men har en kammerat som har 4 kravlepramme og et sommerhus i gjøl, for mit vedkommende har jeg skudt min første pibeand ude omkring kytterne, det kender du sikkert ?

snakkede med nogen som skulle have skudt hundrede pibeænder engang i starten af oktober på en dag.. ved nu ikke helt, har du nogen erfaringer med jagt ud for dæmningen vest for gjøl ?

Nej jeg har aldrig jagtet derovre, og det er næsten kun hvinænder jeg jagter fra prammen, men den med de 100 pibeænder er God nok, kender en der har været oppe på 92 på 6 timer, men det var ude i den vestlige del af fjorden.

Jeg tror også på den, men ham som sagde der havde gjort der lod ikke til at have meget forstand på hvad han lavede, han skød da en knortegås, tror i bund og grund han sagde det for at få os væk, men ja nogle af de erfarne strandjæger kan sagtens få det til at gå op, tror det kræver mere end held..

Yes there are, in Denmark we must have 2 shells max.
But we don't have limits on the ducks.
