Team Get Some said:
I agree that Boise State can be a little over rated because of their strength of schedule. The whole problem is that isn't their fault ya know?! We haven't always done well against those major teams but we get like 1 chance a year which totally sucks. Cause then everyone bases their bias off that one game.
You just made the whole argument against Boise, Team. What else can I add? Boise plays one decent game a year and eleven patsies to prepare for a bowl game...so they deserve a spot in the National Championship Game? They snuck past a decent Virginia Tech team that went 10-3 last year and only returned 10 starters...so they deserve a spot? Alabama will play at least 5 teams currently ranked in the top 25 and the champ from the other half of the SEC which will be ranked, yet if they lose one game while Boise is playin' New Mexico State or San Jose State or Fresno State...they don't deserve a spot?
The only argument can be strength of schedule if you don't play anyone. So give me a legitimate argument. Who has Boise beat and who do they play? I'm all ears. How do you think Boise would honestly fare with Alabama's schedule this year. Be honest...
