I'm afraid the secrets out and anyone with a running game will give Arkansas a problem. South Carolina has a running back and I fear Spurrier will be a little wiser than Saban and use him from the first set of downs on. For some reason, Saban held off until the second half. Couple that with the fact that we live and die by the big play through the air and we need some luck. Gawd I hope Petrino can find us a running game.

Alabama vs. Florida?
Predictions?

All i have to say is you wont see me cheering for blue and orange, I dont know who I hate more, Clemson or Florida...must be the orange i dont know.

The only bad part is that I wont get to see Tebow cry after an Alabama win anymore.

Florida Got Raped

Postby ArkansasRobertson » Sun Oct 03, 2010 2:22 pm

Yep Too bad Arkansas and Alabama are both SEC West because Florida got raped by Sh*t head Bama and they are the two teams that will play eachother again most likely.

The Western Division standings are a crapshoot after Alabama and I'm not so sure Florida can even win the East. What a fun year in the SEC!

Oregon jumped Boise for 3rd place in the polls. Oklahoma and TCU could do the same before the season is over. Strength of schedule.

Kinda anxious to see how the Cocks do against bama this weekend, being hopeful that it wont be too much of a blood bath.

But thank yah jazuz Gameday is back where it should be!

Also, will be attending my schools homecoming(Appalachian State) game saturday against Elon. So far we are undefeated, wouldnt mind seeing another ring.

I think Spurrier will have 'em ready. The line was seven last I looked and figure that's about right, but wouldn't be shocked if your boys pulled the upset.

auburn might be semi-legit this year, but very beatable.

i'm liking the real tigers though; everyone can continue to knock em, it's for the better.

Time for Mallett to grow up and finally win a big game on the road. Auburn is goin' down!

Nutt needs to work his magic and slay another giant at Alabama. Goooo Rebels!

What a great day for college football!

What cracks me up ... after reading this thread ... is you SEC guys still think playing in the BCS championship is your birthright! :fingerpt:

How bout both U of O's or Brocos .... or God forbid .. those horny tree frogs (or whatever they call themselves) ... The SEC might not even show up to the big show this year .....

this is a potential down year for the SEC.

do not count out 1 loss alabama, or an LSU (we're gonna beat auburn)

can't pencil anyone in right now, not boise, tcu, oregon, oklahoma, no one.

i dont think it will be 2 undefeateds though.

my goal is only undefeated teams being nonBCS. i want the top of every BCS conference to have 1-3 losses. this system has to end.

Either that ... or everyone else is that much better .. notice how the undefeated SEC teams are not on top of the polls this year ....

down year.

we're half way through the season and have had 1 week w/ the bcs poll. a lot of football left.

LSU is actually #1 in 2 of the bcs cpu's, but the 2 human polls are what have them at #6.

you can't down play the strength of the SEC, even in a down year.

i'm not saying it's the only good conference, but it is by far the best.

this year i'd agree. however on average i'd say the big 12 is close enough to call it a wash. the sec may usually have the best team overall, but they stackup well typically.
