Bull Riding

Postby orangefoot » Fri Feb 08, 2008 10:31 pm

I ride bulls in the Louisiana High School Rodeo and was wondering if anyone else on here rode bulls or bareback horses?

Rode bulls for 2 years or so...never was any good then broke my leg in practice, and my arm in a college rodeo. Two surgery's and 2 plates 12 screws later, still one of the most exciting things I have done. Wish I still did it, but now I have crappy insurance.

Well alright, if you don't mind me asking what do you plan on doing. You have all next year, get on some better stock to build up your ability.

Naw i dont mind. I would like to open my own yard business. You know mowing, edging, and a little it of landscaping. I have heard those people make pertty good money. And during the winter when no yards have to be mowed im going to guide duck hunts for my dads business.

But my dream job would be to work for a boat building company like Fisher Beavertail or Go-Devil.

The bulls we get on in High School rodeos are pertty rank.
