How does one become a moderator? DO they have to have a certain amount of duck/goose kills then go through some sacred procsess similer to spetznaz trianing, then fill out an aplication which takes five months to even consider looking at, then another seven to decide whether or not to let you be a mod?

I volunteered several years back. From time to time Chris will post up asking for folks to come forward if they would like to try being a Moderator.
