go to google and search pixresizer. You can download it very easily, even i could do it. Once you download it you can click on it, and then click on the bar that says Load Picture. When you click on it it will bring up your files from your comp. When i'm going to do a pic, i usually move it to my desktop so that it is easier to access. Alls you do is click on the pic you want and pixresizer loads it. Then you customize the size of the pic.
