hell, hades, the crusifixion, and abrahams bosom.

only in one account of the four gospels mentions all of this......

at Jesus death the sun was blackened for three hours, the veil at the temple was torn, and a great earthquake occured. the quake was so powerful that it split huge bolders that covered the tombs of the dead and some but not all of the saints came forth from the tombs and appeared to several people.

now....these saints were in a place called hades. one side of hades was a place of torture and torment while the other side was a place of paradice called abrahams bosom.

if you recall the story of lazurus and the rich man . the rich man died and lift up his eyes in the place of torture while lazurus was in the place of rest and paradice. the rich man asked abraham to send lazarus to bring one drop of water to cool his parched tongue to which abraham replied that the gulf between the two was too great.

now to the point......before jesus death the righteous went to the place of rest while the wicked went to the place of tormnet. these saints that awakened at the great quake now reside in heaven while the remainder wait in rest for Christ's second coming.

after Christ's death the wicked still go to the place of torture while the righteous are taken to heaven. "

to be absent from the body is to present before the lord.

when our savior returns the keys of hades will be taken from satan and the saints will be reunited in heaven while the wicked and satan will be cast into the lake of fire ..... the place known as hell.

it's so simple to get to heavan........ all it takes is FAITH and two simple steps.....1. IF you believe in your heart.
2. and profess with your mouth.

IF you ever get the chance pick up a book called, "90 minutes in heaven " by don piper. a true story.

For with the heart one believes unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”
For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved”

you have me all fired up pap  stick around
