Prayers Needed

Postby MacAttack » Wed Nov 01, 2006 11:39 am

I need everybody's prayers to be with my father. He is going in for surgery on Friday for a rotator cuff surgery. They also might go into his heart....He found out the other day during routine tests that he has a heart murmur. I don't know all the details, but it is a little scary. His dad died at 70 from a heart attack and last year his brother died at 53 of a heart attack. My dad is 61 and I am not ready for him to go, so I would appreciate your prayers.
Thank you.

Thank you all for your prayers! I talked with my dad today and they are not doing the surgery tomarrow. The EKG that he had a couple days ago didn't match the one that they took when he went in for a physical after my uncle died, so they did some more tests. He had a heart attack some time in between then and now and didn't know it. There is a scare on his heart and they have to keep on doing some test to see if they will need to do surgery. Thanks for your prayers, and keep them coming please.

Thanks for all your prayers, they worked. I just got off the phone with my mom and she said that my dad didn't have a heart attack. That is the way that it looked on th EKG but after the angeoplasty(sp) it turns out that there is no scare on his heart. He has to watch what he eats because of a little colesteral buildup but thats it. My dad is not overweight, he works out 5 times a week and is in pretty good shape for 61, so this is good news.

Thank you for all your prayers, my family thanks you.
