My state just opened up a new crossbow season, with getting older and shoulder problems i was thinking about getting into this. What would be a good quality mid range priced bow package? thanks

I just bought the PSE Fang . It's a heck of a nice package . Shoots really well too . It was 349 plus tax .

My brother in law just got a Barnett recruit and likes it a lot he hasn't shot any deer with it yet. Came with a scope and some bolts I believe but I'd also check out the mission crossbows as well dad has one and he's shot a few deer shoots great and fast Unsure of what model he got but he didn't spend a lot his came with a scope and is sighted in from 10 to 50 or 40 yards
