Lighted Arrow Knocs

Postby usmc2220 » Fri Jun 19, 2009 8:11 pm

Anybody use em? I got a few questions since I didn't use'em last year.

1. Which ones do you go with and why?
2. Any I should avoid like the plague?

Thanks'all,

Aaron

I've never hunted deer with them because I shoot Easton A/C/C's and they don't make one small enough to fit it. On the other hand, I do use them to bowfish with at night. I bought one a couple weeks ago and it's really neat. I'd be hunting with them too if they made one to fit my arrow. As for the company, the only one I would use is Lumenok. They're the original lighted nock and are evidently waterproof. There are others out there, but everyone I know uses Lumenok. I'd like to give the new G5 one a try though.

I completely forgot about that 1fowl. I looked that up a looooong time ago to make my own after I couldn't buy them for my arrows. I can't make them either, the bobber lights won't fit in my nock.

Yeah, you're probably right. The lumanoks used in bowfishing look REALLY neat though. I need to get videos, but I haven't been since my buddy shipped to boot camp.
