Another reason to follow the data and KNOW what you are doing,at all times !!

i got that in a e-mail awhile ago.

ive got a security 6 with 4 bullets lodged in it right now. lent it to my old man to test his target .38s. lucky this didnt happen to him

Wow. Definitely important to follow the book to a "T." I usually cross-reference my loads across sources to make sure they all match. If not I use the most conservative one.

the post before yours is a example of not being conservative.

do mild loads and you wont have to worry about either. also i like to see if i can double charge on accident. if the cartridge can be double charged and not overflow i take extra care in the loads. for example cartridges stay up side down intel charged. then the bullet goes on immedatly after the charge

Big 10-4 on the upside down brass.

It tells me if they have a primer....I hate powder leaking out of a case,of any kind and I also add the bullets
to keep powder spills to a minimum, incase someting is dropped on the table or I get sloppy in a case transfer from point A to point B.
