looking at this make in model hp22a, at a price of 129.00 for a plinker is this worth the money , im wondering if its good quality or a piece of junk. i bought a jennings many years ago and not at all accurate and would jam. thanks

Looks like a basic 22 pistol. The good news is that the manufacturer is in Ontario California.
