I don't own one, but I have shot one and they are very accurate, a little big for my taste though compared to the full size USP 45. I own a USP 45 and I prefer how that handles over the MK23. I have several H&K and they all shoot very well,

The frame size is much larger than the standard USP 45 and it weighs 1lb more empty and is 2" longer overall than the full size USP 45. Don't get me wrong it is a great gun, but the size did not work for me at all. The USP Tactical retains much of the performance of the MK23 without the bulky size and was developed due to criticism of the MK23 large size and weight. If you are looking for the features of the MK23 the Tactical may be a better choice since it is easier to handle.

I think my friend have one, I'll ask him if he wants to sell it. It's a great gun.
A weapon like knifes, guns or brass knuckles etc. isn't good or bad, depends on the person who uses it.
