Hi-point Carbine

Postby muddydog » Sun Feb 10, 2008 1:04 am

Just got a new Hi-point carbine in .40 S&W. So far Im very impressed with it. Mounted a 4x scope on it and plan on using it on some nite varmit hunts. Although accuracy is not outstanding, it is adequate for a rifle of this price and design . about 1 1/2" goups at 60 yds. I hear the company really stands behind them well with any warrranty issues also. Anyone else shoot them?

they always seemed like a super cheap piece of junk plastic to me. i'd almost be afraid to shoot them. however the company does have its 100% for the life of the product warranty, so i guess they might not be too bad...
